The Fidelity provides a structure for success for the individuals we work with and for you.You will work with individuals to identify strengths and interests and assist them in developing a personalized plan to secure and maintain employment.You will work with mental health providers, Vocational Rehabilitation services, and employers in the community alongside individuals receiving services in order to support their success.You will work with an employment peer mentor to help individuals develop needed skills and resolve barriers to employment.You will work with or on behalf of the individuals on your caseload about 70% of the time.You Are a Great Match for Our Team• Graduating or recently graduated with a degree in the Human Service field and wanting to make a difference one person at a time• Working in the mental health field as a qualified professional or associate professional and looking for something different and exciting
