We are hiring one full-time Consultant and Trainer to join our current team of 10 consultants. Job duties will include onsite evaluation of ACT teams using a comprehensive and standardized program fidelity tool (Tool for Measurement of ACT (TMACT)); quality improvement feedback, which is to include a comprehensive report; assisting with training curriculum development and delivering training materials in-person and virtually (e.g., webinars), providing onsite consultation to NC ACT teams. Strong writing skills, good interpersonal style, and effective time management are required. This position will require frequent in-state travel, with the possibility of periodic out-of-state travel. On average, monthly in-state travel is likely to be approximately 6 – 8 days per month. The office will be located in Carrboro, NC; office-based work may be required up to six days per month.
Qualified applicants will have at least a Master’s degree in a behavioral health field.
Experience with ACT, program evaluation (particularly in using the Tool for Measurement of ACT (TMACT), and/or training/consultation is required, with experience across all three preferred.
