Easterseals UCP (ESUCP) is seeking a full-time compassionate, caring and dedicated nurses to join our team. In this position, you will work directly with adults living with mental illness in collaboration with our multidisciplinary Assertive Community Treatment Team (ACT). Nurses on our team also enjoy flexible work schedules. We are unique in that we meet individuals where they are: in the community, in their homes and sometimes on the street. ACT Nurses help individuals with skills development and access to healthcare resources to improve their overall health and well-being.
