The University of Maryland School of Medicine (UMSOM) – Psychiatry has an exciting opportunity for an Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) Training Specialist. The ACT Training Specialist will work at the University of Maryland, Baltimore’s School of Medicine, Department of Psychiatry, in the Behavioral Health Systems Improvement Collaborative (BHSIC) – Evidence-Based Practice Center, located in Catonsville, MD. This position, in collaboration with the Behavioral Health Administration (BHA) of the Maryland Department of Health (MDH), plans and delivers training on the evidence-based practices (EBPs) of Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) for behavioral health providers throughout the state working with individuals with behavioral health disorders. This position will require some travel within the state.
